OIAMFS: Cooking essentials for term 4

OIAMFS students will be cooking for the next 6 weeks and completing their next cycle of assessments.

In term 4, Yr7 students will be making light lunches and accompaniments. Updating recipe books and the Eatwell plate.

Yr8 students will be making a range of Chinese Style foods. A reminder of food hygiene, how to wash up and the Eatwell plate.

Yr9 students will be looking at evaluating last terms work and book scrutiny. They will be making a range of curries and rice accompaniments.

I hope that parents and carers can encourage students to bring ingredients and help their son/daughter with the planning of a balanced meal. Please find information sheets attached below.
