Streetwise Football: #AllColours #AllEqual [Racism – Kick It Out!]

OIAM’s award winning Streetwise Football kicks off this Friday, themed #AllColours #AllEqual [Racism: Kick It Out!].

All we see is a footballer. We don’t see their race nor the colour of their skin. We celebrate all colours because all are equal. Racism – kick it out!

Over the course of the ten-week project, we will unpack this deeply important theme further.

We invite you to join us at one of our STREETWISE Football Projects. No matter where you live in the city we’ll be running an event near to you! Centres include: Grange Technology College, Wrose Goals Soccer Centre, UAK University and Titus Salts School. Age ranges are from Under 14’s (11-14yrs) and Under 18’s 15-18yrs). See the flyer for more details.

OIAM Streetwise Football is in partnership with West Yorkshire Police, Bradford City AFC (OIAM community partners), Children In Need, Newby Trust, CoOp, Goals, The Percy Bilton Charity, Titus Salts School, Grange Technology College, UAK, Integrated Youth Support and Bradford Council.

ALL YOU NEED TO DO to participate is register a team of 5 players and up to 2 substitutes. HURRY, SPACES ARE LIMITED!
