One In A Million Academy Trust includes a school, which is grant funded by the ESFA (Education and Skills Funding Agency). Financial accounts are audited annually and published for the public to read. You can read these on our Governance and Financial related pages.

One In A Million Charity sponsored the opening of the school in 2012. At this, we formed an Academy Trust, which has a two tier structure of Members and Governors.  

The Members of the Academy Trust consists of:

• Wayne Jacobs; 
• Mark Hughes;
• One In A Million Charity Trustees - as the third corporate member. (This consists of Mark Pilling, Susan Sharples, Andrew Bowerman, Simeon Briggs, Mick Spratt, and Andrew Bowerman).

Business interests of all members are recorded on pecuniary forms and can be found on the Register of Interest form, which is updated annually or sooner as and when such changes arise.

Delegate governance duties are given to the Board of Governors.
