ABOUT:

The Parent Support Group is an online support group, facilitated by NHS mental health practitioners. 

The sessions encourage parents/carers participation providing a safe space for them to share experiences, build positive relationships and receive peer support. Alongside this, the parents will receive useful information and strategies around the chosen monthly topic.
